Ipak, nedavno istra\u017eivanje sprovedeno u Holandiji pokazalo je da su depresija, tuga i nervoza naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i upravo u ljeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>REAKCIJE ORGANIZMA<br \/>Znojenjem, zbog vru\u0107ine, organizam izlu\u010duje mnogo te\u010dnosti i soli. Gubitak natrijuma nije ozbiljan problem jer je ta so obi\u010dno u organizmu prisutna u velikoj koli\u010dini, ali kad do\u0111e do gubitka kalijuma, magnezijuma i litijuma, problemi su ozbiljni. Tada se remeti sistem hemijskih reakcija u organizmu pa dolazi i do promjena pona\u0161anja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LJETO POJA\u010cAVA NERVOZU<br \/>Iako je ve\u0107ina ljudi kad nastupi prolje\u0107e, poslije duge i hladne zime, bolje raspolo\u017eena zbog sunca, zelenila i toplote, ipak kada do\u0111e ljeto sa velikim vru\u0107inama javlja se i poja\u010dana nervoza. Ljeti zbog visokih temperatura postajemo negativniji i tu\u017eniji, tvrde holandski istra\u017eiva\u010di. Najtoplije godi\u0161nje doba kod mnogih izaziva burne emocije i nervozu, \u0161to se obja\u0161njava time da vru\u0107ina podsti\u010de agresiju. Osim temperature i ja\u010dine sun\u010devog zra\u010denja, na na\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje uti\u010de i vla\u017enost vazduha.
