Dodajte u zdjelu umu\u0107eno jaje da pove\u017ee mrvice i dobro umijesite. Tre\u0107inu odvojite i sve stavite u hladnjak da se stisne. Kalup za pe\u010denje od 25 cm nama\u017eite maslacem ili stavite papir za pe\u010denje. Nakon \u0161to se hladilo kojih pola sata, dvije tre\u0107ine tijesta izvadite iz frizidera, pa razvaljajte i rasporedite po kalupu. U velikoj zdjeli kombinirajte \u0161e\u0107er, bra\u0161no, cimet i so, te dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Dodajte \u0161ljive koje ste o\u010distili od ko\u0161pa i narezali na kri\u0161ke, te orahe. Dodajte ekstrakt vanilije i kardamom u prahu te dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Napunite kalup \u0161ljivama i orasima, a ostatak tijesta koje je bilo u hladnjaku razvaljajte, te izre\u017eite na trake kojima \u0107ete prekriti nadjev. Stavite pitu ponovno u hladnjak da se tijesto malo stisne, oko 15 minuta. Zagrijte rernu na 200 Celzijevih stupnjeva. Izvadite pitu iz frizidera i prema\u017eite gornju koru s umu\u0107enim jajetom, te pospite \u0161e\u0107erom. Pecite pitu oko 50 minuta, odnosno dok tijesto ne poprimi zla\u0107anu sme\u0111u boju.
